How to Get There
Kakula Island is a 5-minute boat ride from the northern coast of Efate, the principle island in Vanuatu. Our private jetty, with its own secure parking, is near Emua village and is a 50 minute drive from Port Vila’s historic Bauerfield International Airport. Alternatively, you can take a 15-minutes, breath-taking helicopter ride directly from the airport to Kakula.
Vanuatu is 3 ½ hours flight from Sydney and Auckland and less than 2 hours from Fiji.
From Beijing or Shanghai
Air China and Air New Zealand have direct flights to Sydney or Auckland. Connect with Air Vanuatu to Port Vila.
From South Korea
Korean Air has direct flight 3 times a week from Seoul to Nadi Fiji. Connect with Air Vanuatu or Air Pacific twice a week from Fiji to Port Vila Vanuatu.
From Hong Kong
Air New Zealand has daily flights to Auckland with a connection to Port Vila Vanuatu 4 times a week.
Air Pacific, (www.fijiairways.com), flies from Hong Kong to Nadi Fiji three times a week. Add an overnight stay in Nadi to connecting flight to Port Vila Vanuatu twice a week.

We will pick your party up from the airport in Port Vila and take you directly to our island resort if you arrive during day time. If arrive at night time, we recommend that you stay overnight in Port Vila (we can help make the arrangements). Spend a leisure morning in Port Vila, visit our 24 hour local fruit and vegetable market. We will pick you up during the day and bring you to our island.
